Issue by jennifer_currey2000: How do you flip in an individual that doesnt have auto insurance coverage?
The other day this woman hit my automobile and busted my tailight and has no insurance coverage. Now I have to consume the cost to correct my car. Is there a way to flip her in for not getting insurance coverage to get her license taken away so she cant do this to somebody else? Or even worse, stopping her from killing somebody.
Thank you for all the assistance, I think I will take her to modest claims court if it dont expense very considerably. Im also heading to get police report and have her license suspended.

She’ll already be in trouble from the state.
That’s why you have under/uninsured motorist on your policy as well as the other coverages. Deduct is probably more than a tail light though.
Contact the police. Meanwhile, sue her. Take her to Judge Judy! Kidding about Judge Judy, but you might take her to small claims court. I think it costs around $ 30 here to get on the docket plus some of your personal time to be there. Doesn’t sound like you need an attorney. The case would be a lot easier if there was an accident report written by a police officer. Not sure if it’s worth the cost of a busted taillight though.
If you got her d.l. take it to the d.m.v. & make a report on her there is a form that you fill out & you turn them in. Also if you got her name & address you can take her to small claims court
Just take her to small claims court, the cops can’t really do anything
and in response to shrty0525 under or uninsured coverage only applies to bodily injury
Sue her in small claims court.
